What size storage unit do I need?
Our four sizes cover most situations. A 5×10 (50 sq ft) fits a studio apartment or seasonal gear. A 10×10 (100 sq ft) holds a one-bedroom. A 10×20 (200 sq ft) takes a two- or three-bedroom home or a car. Our largest, the 10×30 (300 sq ft), fits a four- or five-bedroom home or a vehicle with room to spare.
How much does a storage unit cost?
Pricing starts at $70 per month for our 5×10 and goes up to $285 per month for our 10×30. Whatever price you sign for is the price for life — we do not raise rent on existing tenants.
Can I access my unit any time?
Yes. Both Saugerties locations offer 24/7 access — come and go any time, day or night.
Which location will my unit be at?
We have two facilities in Saugerties, NY. Units numbered 1 through 300 are at 3064 Route 9W. Units 301 and higher are at 998 Kings Highway. The locations are about a mile apart.
How do I rent a unit?
You can reserve online in about five minutes from our Reserve page, or call us at (845) 594-4064 and we can rent a unit over the phone in the same amount of time.
How long do I have to rent for?
Rentals are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract — keep the unit as long as you need it, and give us a heads-up when you are ready to move out.
How is billing handled?
Billing is monthly. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and update your contact information through our customer portal at any time.
Is the property secure?
Each tenant uses their own padlock on their unit door, so only you have a key to your storage.
